ReBuilt is the best and I totally recommend them. During our roof replacement Mason was always a phone call away. His entire crew were courteous and friendly and answered any of our concerns. The additions of sunroof, z-bar and solar removal and replacement were all accomplished on time. Cleanup was great. We are very happy.

We had a great experience working with the team from Rebuilt (Mason, Ricardo, Nikki specifically). Nikki did a great job with listening to all of our requests for the design of the project and helping us figure out the best layout and pick out materials we loved (in our price range). Ricardo did a great job of working collaboratively with us - anytime we mentioned something we noticed or had questions about, he helped quickly communicate and solve any issues fairly. We loved the transparency of the pricing in the quote and any changes. The app the team used was extremely helpful for us to stay in sync with what was happening - the project even finished ahead of schedule.

Worked with ReBuilt to complete a full gut in 4 months. They have a dedicated team that is very detail oriented, and we appreciated the daily logs and photos of progress through their app. Everything was pretty seamless, and we felt that two-way communication was clear and effortless through change request quotes and easy decision buttons and payment options in app. As a busy household, we appreciated the extra efforts from the team in coordinating with city permits and inspections. Overall, they made us feel like a part of the team, responsive and respectful. We’re so thankful for a great experience in a large project - they really brought our vision to life! UPDATE (9 months later): ReBuilt quality of work really stands out, and we have had zero issues. For every family or friend visiting us, we’ve always been referring them to our ReBuilt family. Thank you again Mason, Joey, Ricardo, Kaitlin, and the entire crew for carving out a home for us!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better GC Experience I cannot recommend Rebuilt enough! My partner and I literally interviewed nine general contractors back-to-back in a single day, one hour each, all given the same exact project brief, walk through, reference images, and expectations. We wanted to be thorough, and after narrowing it down to our top three, Rebuilt stood out above the rest. Their bid was the most competitive yet most comprehensive, backed by the kind of experience and confidence that immediately reassured us they could bring our vision to life. As first-time homeowners taking on a major fixer-upper, we’d heard horror stories about remodels gone wrong. We knew we had to choose the right partner, and we’re so glad we trusted our instincts. From day one, Mason and his team were professional, communicative, and transparent. Every concern we had was addressed quickly and thoughtfully. When inevitable surprises came up (as they do with older homes), they were solution-oriented and proactive, & we rarely felt like we were left in the dark. One moment that really stood out: when we were faced with a raw radius edge given the material we selected, they went above and beyond to source a specialist to literally hand-paint it! A level of care that truly sets them apart & a modern day Picasso at that!! A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Alfredo, our on-site foreman, and his crew. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They handled every challenge with skill and patience, and their craftsmanship shows in every detail & it is clear that they have many years of experiences on their tool belt. At the end of the day, Rebuilt didn’t just renovate our house. They helped turn our first home into our dream home! ReBuilt (Mason and team) did an amazing job on our garage accessory structure! From the start of the bidding process they were professional and responsive. The builders show up to work every morning ready to work and work all day and clean up appropriately. The efficiency and quality of craftsmanship was impressive. All my expectations were exceeded! They utilize technology that is beneficial for the client to monitor progress, timeline, and billings. We received daily status updates on progress. They delivered on every single promise they made. I’ve heard the horror stories with contractors and feel like I got lucky with this crew, highly highly recommend their company!

When we started our home remodel, I expected the usual headaches--delays, excuses, people disappearing. Instead, this crew actually showed up, put in the work, and made the whole thing way smoother than I imagined. The labor team deserves a ton of credit. They treated the job like something they were proud to put their name on, not just another gig. Every cut, every install, every detail looked solid. They even tracked down some materials we thought were impossible to get. Project management was on point, too. Whenever something unexpected popped up (and in an older house, there were a few), they handled it immediately, offering solutions alongside providing advice for making the right decision. No excuses, no passing blame. They just made it right and kept things moving. They really took the time to understand and appreciate our vision, then brought it to life. When we did encounter issues, Mason and Alfredo took it personally, listened to how we felt, and fixed what needed to be fixed. It's clear Mason works with people who take great pride in their work, an important trait when you're making the home of your dreams. If we ever take on another project, I’m not shopping around. I already know who I’m calling.

We are very happy with our renovations! Rebuilt helped us with a major renovation of the first floor about 2 years ago and they were so great we hired them again to remodel the upstairs. Throughout both projects, the crews were great, the project didn't have any delays, and anytime an issue was pointed out, it was always taken care of with urgency and professionalism. I would 100% recommend Rebuilt to family and friends. We liked having a dedicated project manager who visited the site daily and documented a daily log with photos. The crews worked 6 days a week and we never had any concerns of the project's timeline - in fact, both renovations finished ahead of schedule. These 2 renovation projects were a huge success and we are very happy to not have horror stories like so many of our friends. Shout-out to Mason for working with us to make this happen; to Onyx for being a great project coordinator; to Ed, Max, Cesar and their crew for working very hard and putting up with our many questions; and to Sandra for helping us with the financial side of the project. All renovations are stressful regardless of who you choose, but going with Rebuilt really lessened the stress for us. If we have to do another renovation we will go with Rebuilt again!

Everything was detailed, transparent, and easy to understand — no vague line items or surprises, which gave us a lot of confidence from the start. The project stayed organized, timelines were clearly communicated, and it was obvious they had a strong handle on both the big picture and the day-to-day details. Communication was consistent and proactive — we always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and if any decisions were needed on our end. That said, our main challenge was with the design process. Communication from the designer was limited, and we didn’t get much dedicated one-on-one time. At times, it felt like we were driving the design ourselves and handing it off for execution, rather than being guided through the process collaboratively. Overall, the build and project management experience was amazing. Jesse helped with oversight of our project and he certainly excelled every step of the way. All this to say, we are not easy impressed and this team blew us out of the water. We couldn’t recommend ReBuilt more.
